How It Works

Track Your Five Daily Prayers

Pillars includes a free, simple & clean prayer tracker app for the five daily prayers. Each prayer gets a simple tick: prayed on time, or made up later. It is for anyone building the habit of praying every salah on time, whether you are starting out or getting back on track.

Why This Matters

Built to Encourage, Not to Guilt

  1. Streaks, with badges up to 100 days

Your streak counts the days on which every prayer was on time, with badges at 1, 5, 14, 30 and 100 days.

  2. Your week at a glance

You can swipe back through past days and see your week at a glance. If you are on your period, period mode excuses those prayers without breaking your streak.

  3. Private, and free of distractions

We intentionally kept the tracker page clean and simple, allowing you to stay focused on what's important, without the distractions. Your data remains private, on your device with no way for us to see your prayer data, designed to encourage rather than to guilt.

FAQs

Yes. The Pillars app has a free prayer (salah) tracker built in. Tick off each of the five prayers, mark prayers made up later and build an on-time streak, with no ads. Tracker widgets on the iPhone Home Screen and Lock Screen come with Pillars Premium.

A day counts towards your streak when all five prayers are marked on time. Prayers made up later are saved in your history but do not extend the streak. Badges unlock at 1, 5, 14, 30 and 100 days.

Yes. Double-tap to mark it as made up later, so your record stays accurate. It's important to make up a prayer even if you have missed it, and Pillars helps you keep a record of that alhamdulillah!

No. Menstruation mode excuses the prayers you are not praying, and excused prayers do not break your streak. It wouldn't be fair if you lost your streak every time you had your period, so we built that into our app!

Yes. Swipe back through previous days, and see your week at a glance with trends and stats.

iPhone and iPad, and Android phones.

No. The tracker, like the rest of Pillars, has no ads, and your prayer record is kept in the app on your device.
